These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of tutoring services (“Services”) by The GP Exam Coach (“we”, “our”, “us”) to you, the client (“you”, “student”). By booking or attending a tutoring session, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide educational tutoring for GP registrar examinations.

Our services are for educational support only and are not official training or endorsement by the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) or any other examining body.

Tutoring does not constitute medical advice or professional medical guidance.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We aim to support exam preparation, but we do not guarantee exam success, outcomes, or specific results.

Performance in assessments depends on individual effort and factors beyond our control.

4. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance via means agreed to by The GP Exam Coach - this will be communicated to you via email prior to any session being booked.

Fees are payable at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session will be refunded in full.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.

If we cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or rescheduled session.

6. Student Responsibilities

You remain responsible for your own learning, revision, and exam preparation.

You must not record or share tutoring sessions without our written consent.

Materials provided are for personal use only and must not be distributed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

Exam failure, loss of earnings, career progression issues, or other related consequences.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, resources, and content provided remain our intellectual property.
